【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofpeeladhesionofreinforcingfabricsthatarebondedtorubbercompounds.Itisapplicabletoeitherwovenorparallelcordtextilestructuresfrombothnaturalandmanmadefibersandtoparallelsteelcordstructures.1.2Thistestmethodisprimarilyusedtoevaluatetirecordsandtirecordfabrics,includingsteeltirecords,usingasuitabletirecordadhesiveandasuitablerubbercompound.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoevaluatetirecordadhesives(fabricdip),metallic(usuallybrass)coatingsonsteelcord,andtheprocessofadhesivereactiononthecordusingoneconsistentformoftirecordorfabricandoneconsistentrubbercompound.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoevaluatecordsandfabricsinindustrialhoseandbeltingproductsandothercordorfabricreinforcedrubberproducts.1.3Variablesthatmaycontributetodifferencesinresultsofthistestmethodincludeadhesivetype,adhesiveapplicationprocedure,adhesivecure,fibertype,constructionofcordsorreinforcingfabrics,rubbertype,rubbercure,rubberthickness,andcordspacing.1.3.1Thedeleteriouseffectofozoneincombinationwithatmosphericmoistureontheabilityofadhesivestobondwithrubberrequiresassiduousprotectionofcordspriortorubberembedment.1.4ThistestmethodiswritteninSIunits.Theinch-poundunitsinparenthesesareprovidedinthistestmethodarenotnecessarilyexactequivalentsoftheSIunits.Eithersystemofunitsmaybeusedinthistestmethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
