【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssafetyrequirementsaimedatprovidingforsaferuseofsoccergoalsandreducinginjuriesandfatalities.1.2Thisspecificationaddressestheriskofaccidentaltipoverorpulloverofsoccergoals.1.3Thisspecificationappliesonlytomovablegoalswhoseinsidemeasurementsare6x00BD;to8ft(2to2.4m)highand18to24ft(5.5to7.3m)wide.1.4ThisspecificationappliesonlytomovablegoalsmeetingallcriteriainGuideF1938andSafetyandPerformanceSpecificationF2056and,inaddition,meetscriteriafortipresistancebeforeinstallation.1.5Thisspecificationcoversspecialtip-resistantgoalsthatareintendedtocomplementstandardgoalsmeetingGuideF1938andSafetyandPerformanceSpecificationF2056.Thesegoalsaredesignedtoprovidesomeadditionaldegreeofsafetyif,byaccident,theyarenottieddownortieddownincorrectly.1.6ThisspecificationsimulatestwoboysuptotwelveyearsofageswingingtogetherfromtheX-bar.Note18212;Injurydatasuppliedtothecommitteeindicatesthatapproximately75%(74%)ofthefatalities(1979-2003)werethreetotwelveyearsofage.1.7Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
